Coach Meaty combines collegiate playing experience with a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the game. Specializing in swing development, offensive approach, receiving, blocking, and game management, he helps athletes become complete players. His detailed instruction and hands-on coaching style allow players to improve their performance at the plate while developing the leadership and defensive skills needed to excel behind the dish.

BACKGROUND
Meaty Karczynski is a rising college baseball standout and First Team All–South Coast Conference performer known for his offensive production and advanced understanding of the game. A true offensive juggernaut, Meaty specializes in catching, hitting, and pitching development and has worked with hundreds of amateur athletes of all ages. A graduate of Cathedral Catholic High School, he has successfully directed multiple camps and clinics, including the 2025 North Missouri Naturals Summer Development School, which helped develop more than 250 young players. Known for his intelligence, thoughtful approach, and exceptional communication skills, Meaty excels at building relationships with athletes while helping them maximize their potential both on and off the field.
