A cornerstone of the California Pitching Academy, AC Nieto brings collegiate playing experience and a passion for developing complete athletes. Specializing in defensive fundamentals, footwork, glove work, and baseball IQ, he helps players build confidence and consistency in the field. His hands-on coaching approach ensures athletes develop the skills needed to succeed at the next level.
Experience & Background
AC Nieto is a rising coach with a strong foundation in player development and infield instruction. A former sure-handed middle infielder, AC currently serves as a student manager at UC Irvine. His deep understanding of the game comes from both his playing experience and his baseball upbringing as the son of legendary coach Andy Nieto. AC brings a high-energy coaching style, attention to detail, and advanced baseball IQ to every athlete he works with. His ability to teach fundamentals, game awareness, and defensive excellence sets him apart as one of the top young infield instructors in the game today.
